We can give training/technical support over the phone or in person. All our office staff are fully FIA trained and able to help with all your fire alarm needs.
All our service engineer are trained in line with latest FIA fire alarm course.
Our highly experienced team are available 24 hours a day, so you have peace of mind that we are here when you need us.
Your regular hassle-free service visit will be arranged at a time convenient to you, you will receive a logbook to keep track of all system events and service records. Services are carried out on a quarterly or half yearly basis depending on the system requirements.
We maintain systems to a high standard to reduce the number of false alarms and call outs for faulty parts.
PHF maintenance vehicle are stocked to high level, reducing cost as only one visit would normally be required.
We offer a 24 hour support system with an 8 hour call our response time.
We currently have over 300 service contracts in place and working hard to increase this. PHF has dedicated service engineers to take care of all your needs.
Due to our reliable and friendly service, many of our maintenance clients choose to stay with us after taking out an initial contract.
